We're looking for a GTM Engineer to drive precision-led growth. This role is all about replacing outdated volume tactics with smart, signal-based plays that unlock 10x results. If you're obsessed with speed, scale, and solving GTM puzzles creatively, read on.
Your Mission 🌟
Launch 10x Growth Plays: Design and scale high-impact campaigns built on signal data.
Supercharge Pipeline Efficiency: Deliver outsized pipeline without growing headcount.
Engage Senior Buyers: Increase early-stage meetings with director+ decision-makers.
Run Breakthrough Experiments: Test and iterate fast across channels and segments.
Activate Cross-Functional GTM: Align BDRs, paid, events, and ops into unified plays.
Leverage AI & Insights: Use tools like Trigify, Champify, and Nooks to boost targeting.

Proven Growth Results: 7+ years in growth, RevOps, BDR/SDR ops, or demand gen with 5–10x wins.
Test-and-Learn Mindset: You thrive on being both process and hypothesis-driven, with measurable experiments.
Process optimization expertise & Account-based Signal Expertise: Skilled at targeting using buyer signals and intent data.
Data & Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with underlying data sources; Fluent with Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Crossbeam, and other GTM tools.
Strong Analytical Instincts: You turn data into sharp insights and predictive models.
