About the role
This is a next generation SDR role for a motivated, tenacious individual who is excited to leverage AI and next-gen account-based strategies to generate qualified meetings with executive buyers. You’ll work closely with Growth Marketing and Sales to co-build outbound campaigns, personalize outreach at scale, and continuously optimize your approach. The ideal candidate brings grit, curiosity, and relentless energy to every interaction and is eager to grow as a key contributor to pipeline success.
What you'll do
- AI-Native Outbound Execution – Leverages AI-based tools and platforms to scale outbound outreach and generate qualified meetings with executive personas. Experience using AI-native tools is not required, but the desire to learn and scale is required.
- NextGen ABM Collaboration – Partners with Director of Growth to co-build account-based outbound strategies, targeting high-value accounts and executives with creative, scalable outreach that drives pipeline and builds meaningful relationships with key decision-makers.
- Sales Partnership & Alignment – Works closely with sales reps to ensure seamless handoff, coordinate messaging, and maximize conversion from meeting to opportunity.
- Data-Driven Performance – Tracks key metrics, analyzes outreach performance, and iterates quickly to improve meeting conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation – Stays current on AI tools, sales technology, and outreach best practices to push the limits of modern SDR effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Two years or more of related experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with retail and returns management.

Compensation
$100,000 base salary + 60k variable based on performance
