Role Overview:
We are seeking a Legal Associate with a minimum 2+ years to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance. This is a key role that will require strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support the company’s operations and growth.

 Employment Type: Full-time
 Budget : 8 - 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management
 - Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including but not limited to:
 - Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
 - Statements of Work (SOWs)
 - Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 - Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
 - Consultancy Agreements
 - Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
 - Corporate & Internal Policies
 - Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
 - Legal Notices & Compliance Support
 - Draft legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities.
 - Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.
 - Legal Research & Advisory
 - Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues.
 
Assist in the preparation of internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
 - Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
 - Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
 - Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
 - Attention to detail, organizational ability, and a sense of ownership.
 
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: LLB from a recognized university (mandatory).
 - Experience: Min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
