We’re looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Admission Counsellors to help prospective students and professionals make informed decisions about their career advancement.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Engage potential leads via outbound calls and follow-ups

• Understand career aspirations and recommend suitable programs
• Clearly explain course features, benefits, and admission procedures
• Drive conversions through consultative sales
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Maintain lead data in CRM
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams

✅ Who Can Apply?

Freshers & professionals with up to 3 years of experience in counselling, sales, edtech, or customer service

• Graduates from any stream
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working 6 days/week with rotational offs
