Academic Counsellor is the face of Infinity Learn for all our students & parents and will help them understand how to leverage Infinity Learn's products for their learning for Grades 6 to 12+. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading Infinity Learn's unique way of learning.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement: Drive sales growth by consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls daily with prospective students and their parents. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the sales process till closure.
  • Client Engagement: Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment.

Requirements

  • Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful INSIDE sales experience, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and earning incentives.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the K-12 EdTech industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the EdTech industry, particularly with products and services for the K-12 education sector's Test Prep segment, is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
