Position: Team Lead in the Onboarding Team

Location: Bangalore (WFO - Diamond District)

Report to: Assistant Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Lead to manage our Onboarding Team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for users, managing team performance, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong communication, data handling, people management, and leadership skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of onboarding specialists focused on user activation and engagement
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new users through outbound customer support channels
  • Monitor and analyze onboarding data using Excel/Google Sheets/CSV to drive performance improvements
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Train and mentor team members to achieve targets and maintain high service quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to enhance the user journey
  • Drive team productivity and ensure SLA adherence
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions
  • Continuously innovate to improve onboarding processes and user experience


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an outbound or onboarding function
  • Proven experience in leading a small to mid-size team
  • Strong command of English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CSV
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset


Nice to Have

  • Experience in the tech, startup, or HR tech space
  • Exposure to CRM or onboarding automation tools
