What you’ll do
Be the go-to HR partner for our Cebu site and ANZ region
Build and roll out HR strategies that keep our culture strong and our people thriving
Drive recruitment, retention, and development of top talent
Champion employee engagement and DEI initiatives
Keep us compliant with PH and ANZ labor laws (DOLE + Fair Work Act)
Collaborate with global teams on HR, Finance, and L&D projects
Solve employee relations challenges with empathy and fairness
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years HR experience (preferably in tech or SaaS)
Solid knowledge of PH and ANZ labour laws
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Experience in global/matrix organizations is a plus
Bonus points if you know immigration/work authorization processes
