If you’re passionate about challenging the status quo and making a meaningful impact in the financial advice industry, we’d love to meet you!

But first, our values

Kindness - Kindness doesn’t just equal niceness. We listen to understand. We embrace, and encourage healthy debate and diverse perspectives. We approach conflict openly, honestly, and respectfully.

Brilliance - Humility is the skill we’re most proud of and possessing a growth mindset is always top of mind. We take ownership in everything we touch; regularly using our unique superpowers to reach a common goal as a team. We succeed and fail as one.

Grit - When challenges arise, we stay laser focused on achieving our mission and finding a way forward, even when it’s hard. We are nimble and maintain a sense of urgency, swiftly adapting to change and overcoming obstacles.

The opportunity

Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Senior Resolution Services Analyst to join our quickly scaling team! As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening advisor relationships, eliminating friction points, and influencing how we scale our service model. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the organization—including Operations, Product, Sales, and Onboarding—to deliver results that matter.

Your impact

  • Take ownership of complex, high-visibility cases and ensure efficient, empathetic resolutions by partnering across departments.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes that enhance operational efficiency and reduce service bottlenecks.
  • Surface automation opportunities and champion tools that reduce manual lift and empower advisors with self-service options.
  • Perform post-issue analysis to identify trends and recommend preventive measures that minimize repeat issues.
  • Act as a conduit between teams to improve clarity, consistency, and responsiveness across all service touchpoints.
  • Contribute to product prioritization by preparing data-backed ROI proposals that highlight advisor needs and operational impact.
  • Provide a high-quality, thoughtful support experience that drives advisor satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Work alongside Sales and Onboarding to proactively identify and remove operational barriers to new business wins.
  • Communicate the error resolution process with advisors and our CS partners

What you bring

  • Experience - 3-5 years of experience within the financial services, RIA, or other FinTech environments.
    • Proven ability to manage operational issues with urgency, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Education - Ideally seeking a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or another related field.
  • Securities Licenses - you studied hard and we're excited to carry your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (required)
  • Technical aptitude - You’re technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed with platforms such as SalesForce, Jira, and internal ticketing or knowledge systems.
  • Ownership - The pride you put into every aspect of your work is unparalleled and undeniable
  • Superb communication - Intentional dialogue is a superpower. You listen as well as you share your perspective with others.
  • Resilience - We’re inspired by your unwavering determination to achieve success, no matter the adversity you face along the way.
  • Assurance - Your confidence is brilliant, yet ego-less. You possess a strong knowledge base, the ability to discover the unknown, and are open to differing perspectives.
  • Creative problem solving - Identifying the problem is simply not enough. You’re instinctually creative with your approach in finding solutions to roadblocks.
  • Bonus points if you bring
    • FINRA Series 9/10 or 24 licenses (preferred), or a willingness to obtain after 6 months in the role.
