The opportunity

As a senior leader within the Sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Sales operates, scales, and delivers value—building the operational backbone and enablement engine behind our go-to-market strategy. You’ll step into this role during a period of hypergrowth, as we expand upmarket and broaden our ideal customer profile—bringing new complexity, opportunity, and demand for operational maturity.

You’ll lead key initiatives that improve execution, enablement, and performance while partnering cross-functionally to support strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and a seamless customer experience.

Your impact

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership: Turn strategy into action by operationalizing GTM priorities, managing high-impact initiatives, and scaling performance across the sales org.
  • Build and lead Sales Enablement: Stand up a dedicated function focused on onboarding, playbooks, coaching, and content—complementing centralized training and driving frontline readiness.
  • Own forecasting and planning: Lead pipeline forecasting, compensation modeling, quota and territory planning, and capacity analysis to ensure visibility and resource alignment across Sales and Finance.
  • Translate insights into action: Turn complex sales and CRM data into executive-level insights that inform decision-making, prioritize enablement, and improve rep performance.
  • Optimize the customer journey: Collaborate across Marketing, Support, Onboarding, and RM to identify and resolve friction points from acquisition to retention—delivering a seamless, compliant experience across a regulated customer lifecycle.
  • Operate with governance and rigor: Adhere to Salesforce governance standards while partnering with platform owners to ensure process and data integrity, as well as consistent, reliable reporting.
  • Adapt best practices to a unique sales model: Apply and tailor strategies from SaaS and fintech to the custodial platform context—navigating regulatory complexity and advisor-specific workflows.
  • Lead and mentor Sales Ops talent: Manage a hands-on team member focused on execution and systems support—ensuring day-to-day needs are met while driving toward long-term scale.
  • Model leadership and mission-driven values: Act as a cultural leader who brings urgency, curiosity, and integrity to every part of the sales and enablement process.

What you bring

  • Experience - 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a SaaS or fintech company
    • Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies (e.g., weighted pipeline, AI-assisted models) and hands-on ownership of opportunity and sales KPI forecasting
    • Expert-level Salesforce expertise, with a strong command of sales process optimization, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and reporting
    • Experience collaborating with business intelligence teams to define requirements and guide the development of impactful, executive-ready data visualizations that surface key insights, track KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Technical aptitude - You’re technologically savvy and possess advanced excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and scenario analysis

$136,000$192,000 USD

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs) for eligible roles. For salaried positions, a salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, internal pay equity, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. Base salaries will be reviewed at regular intervals throughout the year, typically in conjunction with performance review cycles.
