We’re looking for problem solvers, innovators, and dreamers who are searching for anything but business as usual. Like us, you’re a high performer who’s an expert at your craft, constantly challenging the status quo. You value inclusivity and want to join a culture that empowers you to show up as your authentic self. You know that success hinges on commitment, that our differences make us stronger, and that the finish line is always sweeter when the whole team crosses together.

We’re looking for a dynamic Channel Account Manager to grow our partner ecosystem across Latin America, specifically Mexico and MCLA. You’ll collaborate closely with our LATAM distributor to identify, recruit, and enable top-tier resellers who can bring the Alteryx Platform to life for commercial and government customers. Your ability to build strong relationships, drive enablement, and deliver measurable partner outcomes will be essential to success. This is a strategic role focused on empowering partners and expanding Alteryx’s reach in a high-potential market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our LATAM distributor to cultivate and manage a robust network of resellers in Mexico and MCLA.

  • Identify and recruit prospective resellers that align with our target market and can effectively address the needs of commercial clients.

  • Onboard and enable new resellers, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support to successfully market and sell our solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and penetration within the market.

  • Achieve and exceed established performance targets related to partner recruitment, enablement, and sales growth.

  • Maintain strong relationships with distributor partner(s) and their key resellers.

  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with distributor's growth partners. Proactively manage opportunities through each stage of the sales process.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies related to partner engagement and procurement.

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Own all reporting internally and externally, participating in regular business reviews with distributor and distribution managed partner leadership and stakeholders, addressing performance goals, KPIs, and all measurable metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel sales, with emphasis on partner recruitment and enablement.

  • Strong knowledge of Mexico's market dynamics, business customs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Familiarity with data analytics, BI, and AI/ML platforms—especially end-to-end automation platforms.

  • Track record of success building and scaling partner ecosystems in software or tech.

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated and outcomes-focused with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with LATAM channel partners, distributors and high-growth software vendors.

  • Understanding of commercial/go-to-market strategies in SaaS.

Work Environment & Location

This is a field-based role located in Mexico City, Mexico. Travel within the region may be required.
