  • Help debug issues in development and testing environments, occasionally contributing to production troubleshooting with guidance.

  • Stay engaged with current technologies and be proactive about improving your skills and understanding of the system.

  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuos improvement of team processes.

Required Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in software development.

  • Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Data; Spring Security is a plus).

  • Understanding of web services, REST APIs, and microservices fundamentals.

  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic querying.

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code following best practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS).

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit; experience with integration or E2E tests is a plus.

  • Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development workflows.

  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized development (Kubernetes experience is a plus, not a requirement).

  • Exposure to JavaScript or a frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular) is helpful but not mandatory.

  • Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with a development team.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming technologies.

  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

  • Familiarity with Helm charts or Kubernetes deployments (an asset, not an expectation at mid-level).

  • Hands-on experience with test automation or UI testing frameworks (Jest, Selenium, Cypress).
