We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Senior SDET) to join our team of passionate engineers responsible for building and validating data connectors for our flagship product.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll design and implement robust test strategies, drive automation excellence, and ensure the highest quality standards across our product ecosystem.

Responsibilities​

• Analyze project requirements and define effective test strategies for new and existing features.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test suites for functional and regression testing.

• Build scalable test automation frameworks and contribute to the overall testing architecture and strategy.

• Monitor and analyze automated test results throughout the development cycle and before releases.

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

• Ensure product documentation accurately reflects implemented functionality.

• Champion best practices in automation, test design, and quality assurance across the team.

• Mentor and coach engineers on test automation patterns, coding standards, and quality-driven development.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver high-quality features on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, SDET, or Quality Engineer.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium and Playwright.

• Proficiency in Python (preferred) and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience testing REST APIs.

• Solid understanding of GitLab CI/CD, version control, and automation pipelines.

• Good working knowledge of shell scripting.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing data connectors or data integration systems.

• Familiarity with non-functional testing (performance, security, reliability, accessibility).
