We are looking for an experienced Python Staff Software Engineer to join our Connectivity team. You will drive the design and modernization of our connectivity platform, enabling seamless, secure, and high-performance access to diverse data sources. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and architectural ownership to evolve our framework for both desktop and cloud environments. You will also embrace the use of AI—both in your daily work and as an integral part of our evolving product landscape.

• Lead a team of Python developers in building, maintaining, and deploying applications and services.
• Architect, design, and implement software solutions
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers to define requirements and technical roadmaps
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI tools and technologies
