spanning across our core platforms. Success is measured by how much work is automated, how fully each
platform’s capabilities are unlocked through seamless integrations and increasing our customers’ ability to do
their best work, utilizing our platforms, tools, and services.
Core Platforms
Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) – Workflows and job templates, Event Driven Ansible (EDA)
Automox – Agent deployment, policy & worklet configuration, ensuring patch compliance
Cloud Infrastructure – AWS (primarily) / GCP
CloudWatch – Observability, metrics, alerts, triage automation, self-service dashboards
Rubrik – Cloud control-plane, policy validation, backup integrity checks, DR readiness and testing
Alteryx Server – Infrastructure provisioning, health monitoring, version upgrades, creation of image-
based worker node for rapidly scalable, automated deployment
DNS, Secrets, Certificates – 1Password, AWS Secrets Manager, AppViewX, Route53, GoDaddy, secret
rotation workflows, automating certificate lifecycle management
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and improve AAP workflows and EDA rulebooks triggered by CloudWatch and ServiceNow
events, implement common system support processes
Maintain patch compliance via Automox policies and custom Worklets
Safeguard data with backup coverage, automated validation, configuration, deployment, reporting, and
DR readiness, utilizing platforms such as Rubrik Security Cloud
Own the Alteryx Server lifecycle—including automated, image-based worker node creation and version
upgrades for server components, infrastructure, platform scaling, and observability
Manage and Develop observability components and downstream incident flows, such as CloudWatch
signals to PagerDuty and StatusPage, ServiceNow
Steward secrets management platforms and services like 1Password and AWS Secrets Manager
Maintain Core IT Windows Server and Linux server systems and service
Manage DNS, Public Domain registration, SSL Certificate Lifecycle
Run Git Ops – managing code repos, pipelines, processes, and documentation (AI-assisted)
Collaborate in an on-call rotation with team members, for after-hours support
Required Skills & Desired Experience
7+ years administering Cloud Infrastructure, Services, Servers and Networking (AWS preferred)
Advanced experience developing with RedHat Ansible (AAP workflows, templates, projects, Event-Driven
Ansible)
Hands on experience with Rubrik Cloud Protection, PagerDuty, StatusPage, 1Password, AWS Secrets
Manager, Route53, SSL Certificate management, Microsoft DNS and external DNS (GoDaddy, Network
Solutions)
Experience incorporating AI into automation workflows (API preferred)
Strong development skills and scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript
Experienced with Git Ops, Agile methodologies, and cloud networking principles
Experience with Alteryx products, Automox, Kubernetes/EKS, or Docker are a plus
Professional Qualifications and Traits
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
