We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who is both a strategic thinker and a strong executor. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, help define product vision, and mentor other designers—all while shaping scalable, user-centered experiences across key areas of the platform.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Design Leadership
Drive end-to-end design for major initiatives
Translate insights into product direction and scalable UX
Partner with PM and Eng leads on long-term planning
Team Collaboration & Influence
Present compelling design strategies to stakeholders
Contribute to broader product strategy through research and insight
Help align design decisions across cross-functional teams
Mentorship & Process Ownership
Mentor junior designers and model effective collaboration
Elevate design quality and evolve our processes
Establish documentation standards and QA touchpoints
Execution & Innovation
Oversee projects from concept to delivery
Balance priorities across multiple initiatives
Explore emerging trends to inform design strategy
Who You Are
4–6 years of experience designing complex, user-facing products
Proficient with Figma
Skilled in systems thinking and information architecture
Clear communicator and team collaborator
Strategic, hands-on, and growth-minded
Bonus Points
Led or helped evolve design systems
Influenced product direction through insights
Thrives in fast-moving, iterative environments
Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $140,000 - 160,000.
In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
