We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions integrated with marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and how Salesforce platforms work together to enhance customer engagement and business performance. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, delivering scalable solutions, and driving the overall technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce Architecture & Design:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Define best practices and establish architectural standards for Salesforce development and integrations.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including data models, integration designs, and workflow diagrams.
2. Marketo Integration & Automation:
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with Marketo, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between the platforms.
- Ensure Salesforce data is accurately leveraged in Marketo campaigns to drive personalized customer experiences.
3. Solution Delivery & Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions that improve CRM, marketing, and sales alignment.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce-Marketo solutions, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure business goals are met through Salesforce and Marketo integration.
- Partner with external vendors or consultants for advanced customization, troubleshooting, or integrations as needed.
5. Technical Leadership:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce and Marketo, providing mentorship to development and Operations teams.
- Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including advanced configuration and architecture.
- Hands-on experience marketing tools integration
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience designing omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in industries like technology, healthcare, or finance.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with Marketo using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with third-party tools like MuleSoft, Zapier, or Pardot is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
- Ability to lead and mentor development and Operations teams.
