WHAT YOU WILL DO
Internally:
Convert commercial routines and client context into product requirements and AI decision logic, refine model accuracy, and shape the product roadmap and future high-impact use cases.
Externally:
Drive client value realization by leading product deployments, guiding data readiness, validating AI through business feedback, upskilling Sales, Marketing, and C-level stakeholders, and accelerating time to value.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
GTM Solution Architecture
- Translate Sales and Marketing routines into product requirements and AI decision logic
- Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards
- Co-shape scalable product capabilities and future use cases
- Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and readiness
- Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value
- Influence the product roadmap through client and adoption insights
GTM Authority in the Room
- Act as the trusted go-to-market domain expert for clients and internal Product and AI teams
- Be the trusted advisor to C-level commercial stakeholders and turn them into champions
- Represent GTM user needs in product and roadmap discussions
- Communicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade-offs in clear business language
Deployment, Adoption & Time-to-Value
- Drive rollouts from entry-point GTM use cases to enterprise-wide adoption
- Own time to first active user and time to routine across commercial deployments
- Upskill and evangelize Sales and Marketing users through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns
YOUR PROFILE
Must have
- Strong understanding of enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence routines and decision-making
- 5+ years of experience in commercial consulting, Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations roles, with exposure to analytics or solution-oriented environments
- Tech-savvy profile with fluency in data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior
- Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
- Extreme ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value
- Strong communication skills with senior commercial and executive stakeholders
Strongly recommended
- Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles
- Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive products
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices
