Mission
This is not a typical Ops role.
It’s system design meets strategic execution, with a heavy dose of AI-first thinking. As an Organizational Excellence Partner (OEP), your mission is to translate strategy into coordinated action.
You’ll build the operating systems that connect people, tools, decisions, and culture — making execution predictable, scalable, and human. We’re open to different levels of seniority. Whether you’re an intern with incredible instincts or a senior builder of operating models, this role flexes with the person — as long as you bring clarity, structure, and velocity.

What We’re Looking For
We look for mindsets — but we know the market searches for skills.
Here’s the type of knowledge and experience that helps you thrive in this role:
Systems Design & Operational Architecture
• Experience mapping and redesigning workflows, rituals, or operating cadences.
• Knowledge of org design models, e.g. Team Topologies, RACI, RAPID, etc.
• Familiarity with goal systems (OKRs, 4DX, Leapsome-like tools) and their governance.
Execution & Process Optimization
• Experience implementing structured execution frameworks across teams.
• Knowledge of project/program management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp…) and how to structure them for velocity.
• Understanding of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Kaizen, retrospectives, postmortems).
Data Fluency & Operational Insight
• Ability to define and track key metrics that reflect execution health and process maturity.
• Comfort with dashboards, KPI reporting, and decision support tooling (e.g. Looker, Google Sheets, Notion tables).
• Awareness of operating with feedback loops and data-informed iteration.
Tech-enabled & AI-first Thinking
• Interest in how AI (especially LLMs and agents) can transform operations.
• Ability to prototype, test, or integrate AI tools into workflows (e.g. GPT, Zapier, Notion AI, etc.).
• Awareness of automation layers (e.g. Airtable, Make, internal bots) and when to use them.
Organizational Change & Culture Building
• Experience driving change across functions through systems, not just influence.
• Understanding of change management patterns, resistance cycles, and adoption levers.
• Ability to design internal rituals and documentation that reinforce culture and behavior.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Design Workflows & Operating Systems
Connect people, tech, and goals through systems that scale (Slack, Leapsome, Jira, Personio, etc.).
• Own Execution Frameworks
Build and evolve governance routines: forums, cadences, rituals, strategic planning cycles.
• Turn Strategy into Goals
Support teams in setting, cascading, and tracking strategic goals.
• Fix What’s Broken
Identify operational bottlenecks, run diagnostics, and lead hands-on interventions.
• Automate What’s Repetitive
Apply an AI-first mindset to optimize workflows and automate intelligently.
• Connect the Dots
Maintain clear internal documentation, structured comms, and knowledge-sharing flows.
