In this role, your internal title will be Business Impact Lead, as you will be part of our Business Impact team here in NYC! As a Business Impact Lead, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformative movement, shaping the future of intelligent decision-making in remarkable ways.

• Shape AI deployments in manufacturing & supply organizations, bridging how these organizations work with product capabilities
• Own accountability for deployment outcomes and timelines, delivering on AI commitments and early business impacts
• Help M&S teams stay at the cutting edge of AI maturity shaping adoption roadmaps alongside executive sponsors and champions
• Serve as the critical bridge between enterprise stakeholders and technical execution, fostering transparent communication

• Bachelor, Master or MBA degree
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, and/or Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, ideally with some knowledge in the software/tech related area
• Experience working with M&S (Manufacturing & Supply) functions - knowledgeable of M&S structures and drivers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and being comfortable interacting with senior management of large corporations.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Independent worker and being able to take responsibility that timelines are met.
• Strategically look at the bigger picture and not tunnel vision on small details.
• Simplify the complex and communicate the same way.
