What you’ll do

• Support the Organizational Excellence Chapter assisting the Tech Platform team in building and optimizing internal operational systems.
• Work closely with AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Organize operational data and insights to enable smarter, faster decision-making.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal processes and templates that support our scale.
• Help coordinate cross-team initiatives that keep Aily moving fast and aligned.
• Bring a hands-on attitude to problem-solving: simplify, automate, accelerate.
