About the Role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Tampa. This is a broad, hands-on role covering Microsoft 365 administration, M&A and tenant integration work, and end user support. We want someone who takes ownership, works independently, and brings curiosity and initiative to everything they touch.

While this role is primarily based in our Tampa office, occasional travel (less than 25% annually) may be required to support the integration of newly acquired companies.

What You Will Do

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Administer and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune

• Manage identity and access through Entra ID and Okta, including provisioning, groups, conditional access, and license management

• Own endpoint management using Microsoft Intune covering device enrollment, patching, software deployment, and inventory

• Maintain mail flow, mailbox configuration, and Exchange Online security settings

• Use PowerShell scripting to automate and streamline administrative tasks

• Keep documentation current for configurations, processes, and system changes

M&A and Tenant Integration

• Own the technical execution of IT integration work when Advantive acquires a new company

• Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, data transfers, account provisioning, and email forwarding configuration

• Assess the incoming company's IT environment and define the path to bring it into our stack

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and counterparts at acquired companies throughout the integration

• Build and maintain documentation and runbooks for each integration

IT Support

• Provide responsive end user support for hardware, software, and access issues across Windows and Mac

• Handle onboarding and offboarding including device setup, account provisioning, and access removal

• Manage asset inventory and equipment lifecycle

• Support on-site needs including hardware setup, basic networking, conference room and AV equipment

• Document issues and resolutions to build out the team knowledge base
