The Talent Acquisition Partner – Sales Pathway is designed for individuals with high potential but limited experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our team while building your own path toward becoming a Business Development Representative (BDR) and ultimately an Account Executive (AE) or Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-potential talent who align with Advantive’s values and contribute to building strong teams across the company, including sales, marketing, customer success, and other critical functions.
  • Develop and learn essential recruiting and sales skills, such as sourcing, communication, pipeline management, and talent identification.
  • Work closely with our recruiting and hiring teams to ensure we are bringing in top talent to fuel Advantive’s growth across all departments.
  • Engage with prospective candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline to support both short-term and long-term business success.

Career Path:

This role offers a clear and structured path for growth:

  • Promotion to Business Development Representative (BDR) in 12-18 months based on recruiting performance metrics. For top performers that overachieve their metrics, this promotion can happen is as little as 12 months.
