As a Talent Advisor, you aren’t just filling seats; You will map out the industry’s top performers, build deep relationships with niche talent, and act as a strategic partner to our talent leadership team.
Your Impact
Strategic Talent Mapping: Proactively identify and engage "passive" high-performers in the Big Data and Cloud ecosystem. You’ll go beyond LinkedIn to map organisations and identify the hidden gems that others miss.
Dual-Domain Expertise: Seamlessly pivot between sourcing high-octane GTM talent (Sales, Marketing, G&A) and deep-tech Engineering talent (Data Observability, Distributed Systems, Cloud Native).
High Bar for Quality: You have an eye for talent that thrives in innovative, product-driven environments where "shipping" high-quality features and customer-centricity are the north stars.
Consultative Partnership: Work side-by-side with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to define what "great" looks like, providing data-driven insights on market trends and competitor landscapes.
Brand Ambassadorship: Be the first point of contact for future Acceldata employees. You will craft compelling, personalised narratives that resonate with senior talent and drive a world-class candidate experience.
- Pipeline Innovation: Build diverse, top-tier shortlists by utilizing AI and specialized sourcing techniques to find hard-to-reach talent
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in a high-growth SaaS environment. You have mastered the art of "the hunt" in both technical and GTM domains.
- Industry Fluency: You understand the nuances of the Big Data and Cloud world. You know the difference between a Data Engineer and a Committer and can speak the language of GTM leaders.
- The Sourcing Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and creative sourcing channels. You are a "research-first" Talent Advisor who uses data to forecast supply and influence hiring decisions.
- Stakeholder Influence: You don't just take orders; you consult. You have the gravitas to manage senior leaders and the persistence to make recruitment a top priority for hiring managers.
- Operational Excellence: You maintain a high level of ATS integrity and use analytics to identify bottlenecks, ensuring our hiring process is as efficient as our data pipelines.
- Proximity & Presence: Ability to work from our Bengaluru office at HSR all 5 days of the week. You thrive in a vibrant, high-energy office environment and value the mentorship and rapport-building that comes with face-to-face interaction.
