We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with senior leaders to drive hiring for Acceldata. You’ll operate at the centre of some of Acceldata's most impactful decisions - shaping the future of the company by bringing in extraordinary, mission-aligned talent.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract at the Acceldata Bangalore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify, source, and hire highly qualified candidates, with a focus on Big Data, Infrastructure, AI/ML, distributed systems, or other highly technical domains.
- You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibilities: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to grasp their hiring objectives, including team matching, required skills, and qualifications, and prioritize these varying needs to develop and execute recruiting strategies aimed at achieving headcount goals.
- Have a proactive, autonomous mindset with ability to manage multiple leadership-level searches simultaneously while delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
What We’re Looking For
- We are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Engineering teams across geographies.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and evaluate technical qualifications.
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities and have experience recruiting for Big Data, Infrastructure, AI/ML, distributed systems, or other highly technical domains.
- Have a proven track record of scaling and building diverse and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
- Partner closely with HROps to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress back to the business
- Proficient working with various mainstream recruitment tools, ie. Lever, LinkedIn, etc..
