Product Manager II, Security Posture Management
Abnormal AI
Why Abnormal
Abnormal protects more than 20% of the Fortune 500 from the attacks traditional tools miss. Our platform is AI-native by design, and our teams are trusted to lead in the age of AI—not follow playbooks from the past.
This is a place where ownership drives growth, not tenure. If you're ready to lead something important and learn fast while doing it, you’ll thrive here.
The Opportunity
Abnormal is where you do the most exciting work of your career—because it’s where the future of cybersecurity is being built. We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our Security Posture Management (SPM) product line. You’ll take ownership of how we help customers identify misconfigurations, risky settings, and gaps in their cloud email environments—before attackers take advantage of them.
This role is a chance to work on a critical layer of our platform used by some of the world’s largest enterprises. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and GTM teams to build, launch, and scale features that protect people from threats before they ever reach them. And you’ll do it in a company built for AI from day one—not retrofitted later.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product experience for Security Posture Management—from customer research to roadmap to launch
- Prototype fast using AI-native tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and v0 to move from concept to customer insight in hours, not weeks
- Translate real customer pain into real product improvements, using data, design partnerships, pilot programs, and direct feedback
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality, high-impact features at scale
- Drive GTM strategy for your product: create demos, shape enablement materials, and support customer-facing teams in high-stakes conversations
- Make product decisions with speed and clarity, ensuring the experience is intuitive, secure, and aligned with our mission to protect what matters most
- Understand what matters, diving into usage data, feedback calls (Chorus/Gong), and market research to prioritize what drives impact
- Turn technical complexity into clear value, helping both internal teams and customers understand how and why it works
What Will Help You Thrive
Must-Haves
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, independent execution
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and rapid prototyping tools like v0 or Figma
- Strong product instincts and a high bar for design and UX
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional work across engineering, design, sales, and marketing
- Experience running customer calls and translating insight into action
- Confidence working with technical teams on complex systems
- Understanding of B2B SaaS buying cycles and enterprise customer needs
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with M365, Google Workspace, or cloud security platforms
- Experience enabling sales or working in customer-facing roles
- Strong analytical mindset
- Prior experience in high-growth environments or startups
- Experience introducing AI-assisted workflows to traditional teams
How We Work
We expect PMs to move fast, think strategically, and raise the bar on product quality. That means:
- Using AI tools to accelerate everything from research to documentation
- Prototyping and experimenting before writing specs
- Taking ownership from concept to adoption
- Leading without waiting for permission
- Staying close to customers—and even closer to what they’re solving
