Meetings & Programs Manager, GTM (Las Vegas)
Abnormal AI
About You
We’re not here to follow the normal path—we’re here to build something Abnormal. If you’re passionate about supporting a high-performing GTM team as we scale and grow, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
At the center of it all is our Las Vegas-based training center—where every detail matters. From GTM new hire onboarding to ongoing enablement programs to team offsites, you’ll help craft and execute end-to-end experiences that are seamless, impactful, and unforgettable. This center is where in-person connection happens—where teams come together to learn, collaborate and grow.
As the Meetings & Programs Manager, GTM for Las Vegas, you’ll partner closely with our Enablement team and business leaders to own the end-to-end coordination, administration, and flawless execution to create world-class in-person programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Enablement Partnership: Work hand in hand with the GTM Enablement team—a primary stakeholder of the training center—to design and deliver thoughtful, engaging programs. Own logistics from pre-arrival readiness through program completion, ensuring a smooth and cohesive experience.
- On-Site Presence: Be physically present during training sessions, offsites, and company meetings (approximately up to 75% of the time) to provide structure and real-time support. Remote work is allowed on non-program days.
- GTM Team Meetings & Offsites: Support the planning and execution of team meetings and offsite events in partnership with business leaders and executive assistants, ensuring a high-impact experience from start to finish.
- Facilities Liaison: Serve as the primary link with Abnormal’s world-class Facilities team to maintain an office environment conducive to training and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance the operational playbook to deliver greater quality, efficiency, and attendee satisfaction. Strive to elevate our playbooks with a range of new restaurants, activities, and thoughtful surprises. Bring creativity and care to every program, ensuring each one feels better than the last.
- Communications: Manage and communicate all logistics with clarity and precision. Ensure attendees and stakeholders have a full understanding of schedules, materials, and expectations.
- T&E / Budget Management: Track and manage program-related travel and expense (T&E) budgets. Ensure all spend aligns with company policy and maximizes value.
- Catering and Dining Oversight: Curate catering and group dining experiences for in-office and offsite events, accommodating dietary needs.
- Team-Building Activities: Plan and organize meaningful, fun activities that deepen team connection and create shared experiences people will remember.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Workplace team to provide support for non-GTM programs and and team meetings, ensuring consistency and excellence across all in-person experiences.
