Position Description:

As a Technical Operations Specialist (TOS) with 2X, you will be responsible for building, implementing, and operating automated go-to-market (GTM) systems for B2B clients.

This is a highly technical, execution-focused role where you will work closely with a Go-to-Market Engineer to deliver scalable systems that drive marketing and sales performance. You will support multiple client engagements simultaneously, developing automation workflows, integrations, and AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and operate automated GTM systems to support client marketing and sales functions
• Develop and manage integrations using APIs, JavaScript, and JSON across various platforms
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows using automation tools and AI-native platforms
• Execute data operations using tools such as Python and SQL for data transformation and system logic
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market Engineers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Manage and maintain system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, workflows, and automation processes
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and scalability
• Work across multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outputs
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to the adoption of new tools and platforms

What do you need to succeed?

• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data workflows
• Strong technical foundation with experience in Python, SQL, or JavaScript
• Background in software engineering, data engineering, web development, or technical operations is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Clay, or similar tools is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or similar is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to execute tasks with speed and precision
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-agency environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Demonstrated interest in learning new tools, systems, and technologies
