About the Role
2X is seeking a Revenue Operations Platforms Analyst with strong Oracle Eloqua expertise to support enterprise clients in optimizing their marketing automation and revenue technology ecosystems. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining Eloqua-based marketing programs, ensuring data accuracy, and translating RevOps strategy into scalable technical execution. The Analyst will work closely with RevOps strategists and integrated growth teams to deliver programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
What You’ll Do
- Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Eloqua marketing automation programs including campaigns, segments, forms, landing pages, and nurture programs.
- Support the integration and data flow between Eloqua and CRM platforms to ensure accurate lead management, routing, and reporting.
- Monitor program performance and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track marketing program performance and revenue impact.
- Translate RevOps strategy into technical execution within Eloqua and related marketing technologies.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, maintain documentation, and ensure best practices for data hygiene and campaign management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support integrated revenue and demand generation programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience administering or managing Oracle Eloqua marketing automation programs.
- Understanding of marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with data structures, segmentation, and marketing database best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign and funnel performance.
- Ability to quickly learn new marketing and sales technologies within the RevOps ecosystem.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and clients.
