Role Summary
As a GTM Engineer at 2X, you will own end-to-end client delivery — translating strategic goals into high-impact GTM execution. You’ll serve as the primary client point of contact, partnering closely with leadership and a Technical Operations Specialist (TOS) to deliver fast, precise, and scalable outcomes across sales, marketing, and RevOps initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Delivery
- Own delivery for up to 3 client engagements simultaneously.
- Act as the primary client contact, driving timelines, execution, and results.
- Translate client strategy into actionable projects and campaigns.
Project & Execution Management
- Scope, manage, and track projects using tools such as Monday.com, Slack, and Clay.
- Partner closely with TOS on execution and leadership on strategy.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across GTM initiatives.
Quality & Performance Control
- Validate data accuracy, CRM updates, automation workflows, and outbound campaigns.
- Maintain campaign readiness, deliverability, and system reliability.
Strategic Problem Solving
- Proactively identify opportunities, propose new initiatives, and improve workflows.
- Lead issue resolution and crisis management with urgency, transparency, and ownership.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong client-facing communication and project leadership skills
- GTM knowledge across sales, marketing, and RevOps
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), automation tools, sequencing platforms, and Clay
- High attention to detail, organization, and bias toward action
Preferred
- 3+ years in GTM, RevOps, consulting, or client-facing technical roles
- Experience executing outbound campaigns and GTM workflows
- Startup, agency, or fast-growth environment experience
