Role Summary

As a GTM Engineer at 2X, you will own end-to-end client delivery — translating strategic goals into high-impact GTM execution. You’ll serve as the primary client point of contact, partnering closely with leadership and a Technical Operations Specialist (TOS) to deliver fast, precise, and scalable outcomes across sales, marketing, and RevOps initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Ownership & Delivery

  • Own delivery for up to 3 client engagements simultaneously.
  • Act as the primary client contact, driving timelines, execution, and results.
  • Translate client strategy into actionable projects and campaigns.

Project & Execution Management

  • Scope, manage, and track projects using tools such as Monday.com, Slack, and Clay.
  • Partner closely with TOS on execution and leadership on strategy.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across GTM initiatives.

Quality & Performance Control

  • Validate data accuracy, CRM updates, automation workflows, and outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain campaign readiness, deliverability, and system reliability.

Strategic Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify opportunities, propose new initiatives, and improve workflows.
  • Lead issue resolution and crisis management with urgency, transparency, and ownership.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong client-facing communication and project leadership skills
  • GTM knowledge across sales, marketing, and RevOps
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), automation tools, sequencing platforms, and Clay
  • High attention to detail, organization, and bias toward action

Preferred

  • 3+ years in GTM, RevOps, consulting, or client-facing technical roles
  • Experience executing outbound campaigns and GTM workflows
  • Startup, agency, or fast-growth environment experience
