2X is transforming how B2B marketing services are delivered—evolving from a people-driven model to an AI-powered, tech-enabled operating system. We’re looking for a hands-on, AI-forward Head of Engineering to lead the next phase of our product and platform innovation.

Role Overview

In this high-impact leadership role, you will architect and scale the technology, AI agents, and workflow platforms that power 2X’s future. You’ll build the systems, tools, and data foundations that integrate seamlessly with our service model—enabling greater efficiency, insight, and value for clients. This role blends strategy and execution: ideal for a builder who thrives creating scalable solutions inside a services organization.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the technology & AI roadmap aligned to 2X’s service evolution.
• Lead development of internal and client-facing platforms, tools, and AI-driven solutions.
• Embed automation, AI agents, and intelligent workflows across delivery teams.
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering/AI team.
• Partner closely with product, delivery, and business leaders to integrate tech into GTM services.
• Ensure strong governance, data integrity, and security in partnership with IT.

What You Bring

• 10–15 years in technology leadership within consulting, digital transformation, analytics, or services environments.
• Strong experience with AI/ML applications, data architecture, and modern engineering practices.
• Hands-on ability to prototype, build, and scale systems; experience with automation/agentic platforms (Relevance AI, n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
• Track record of building tech-enabled capabilities that enhance service delivery.
• Entrepreneurial, innovative mindset with the ability to partner across the business.
