Overview
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) leads complex, integrated marketing projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are aligned to client goals. This role partners closely with Client Success, Practice Leads, and the Head of Work Management to drive efficient execution, clear communication, and high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage end-to-end project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Traffic work across cross-functional teams and proactively resolve delivery risks
- Maintain accurate project plans, forecasts, and reporting in the project management system
- Communicate status, risks, and timeline updates to internal teams and clients
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Support project kickoff, execution, and closeout, including analysis of actuals vs. estimates
- Partner with Client Success to manage scope and client expectations
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, templates, and delivery processes
- Act as a trusted internal advisor on timelines, resourcing, and delivery operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing complex projects in a marketing agency or integrated marketing environment
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing programs, including demand generation, ABM, and digital channels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Expertise using project management systems (Workfront, Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar); admin-level experience preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including budget tracking and forecasting
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting teams using MAPs (Marketo, Eloqua), CRMs (Salesforce), and media platforms
- Experience with large system implementations or migrations
- Familiarity with agile marketing principles
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience
