Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning timelines, goals, and deliverables across vertical teams (Ride-Hailing, Fintech, Delivery, Intercity etc.) and core platform functions (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data etc).
- Own program-level planning, OKR tracking, and coordination rituals to ensure on-time delivery of key SuperApp milestones.
- Identify and unblock dependencies early through structured stakeholder management across HQ and local teams.
- Improve transparency and accountability with regular reporting and risk mitigation strategies for leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in a tech-driven, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- Experience working in or alongside product, engineering, and business teams.
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, OKR tracking, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment skills—able to translate between business and technical teams.
- Highly organized with a knack for prioritization, risk management, and driving accountability.
- Analytical and systems-oriented thinker who sees the bigger picture but can dive into the details.
Nice to Have: -
Experience in high-growth consumer tech,
particularly in platform or SuperApp-style ecosystems.
- Background in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or delivery products.
