Performance Marketing Manager - Fanatics Collectibles

Topps International, a holding of Fanatics Collectibles, is a global leader in sports and entertainment trading cards, with a rich heritage and a rapidly expanding international footprint. We’re now expanding our presence in Japan and looking for an experienced digital marketer to drive growth in this exciting market.

As Performance Marketing Manager – Japan, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all paid marketing efforts across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the Japan market. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong hands-on experience in paid media, deep local market knowledge, and a passion for sports and collecting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LINE, Twitter, TikTok, and local platforms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for new product launches, key seasonal campaigns, and always-on initiatives.
• Collaborate with the global and regional marketing teams to localize campaign messaging, assets, and targeting strategies for Japan.
• Manage and track campaign performance across KPIs.
• Partner with leadership and cross functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and seamless user experience from ad to conversion.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve efficiency and scale results.
• Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery and accurate forecasting.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms in the Japan digital landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition, preferably in a DTC, eCommerce, or consumer product environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Japan digital media ecosystem and consumer behavior.
• Proven success managing media budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and web analytics tools (GA4, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) required.
