About Our Client

To maintain strong momentum, our client’s CEO, who runs a successful real estate business combining innovation and market expertise to serve a diverse clientele, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level virtual support, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

About the Role:

This role focuses on lead generation, qualification, and customer interaction, acting as a bridge between potential clients and the company. The Real Estate Executive Assistant is responsible for prospecting, following up with leads, entering data into the CRM, and scheduling appointments. This is a client-facing, sales-oriented position perfect for motivated individuals who love generating results and closing deals.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and follow-up on interested prospects
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team and founder
  • Maintain and update CRM data with accurate information on leads and clients
  • Build relationships with potential clients to support the sales pipeline
  • Provide excellent customer service and client care

    What You Need:

    • At least 2 years experience in real estate sales or inside sales roles
    • Proven experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools to track, nurture, and organize client data, automate follow-ups, and maintain an accurate, efficient sales pipeline
    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
    • Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve high earnings through output
    • Record a 2–5 minute Loom video introducing yourself (name, background, EA goals, and hobbies) and add the link to the Website, Blog, or Portfolio section in BambooHR upon submitting your application.

    Compensation:

    • Minimum monthly commissions of PHP25,000
    • Moderate base salary to provide financial stability during the initial probation period
    • Probation Period: 90 days, during which performance will be monitored and evaluated
    • Performance-based earnings: Driven by leasing and selling properties, with the potential to earn significantly more based on results

    Remote Work Technical Requirements

    We provide a computer hardware but you must prepare your own laptop or desktop as a back up. The minimum technical requirements for remote work at Expedock are the following:

    • PC Hardware (Windows) with ≥ 8GB RAM
      • Intel Core i5 6th gen or above
      • AMD Ryzen 3 or above
    • Internet Service
      • Minimum speed of 25 mbps
      • Uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement for this remote work position.
    • Available HDD Space
      • 50 GB
    • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
