About the Role:

This role will sit within the global GTM Strategy and Operations team, the role specifically will ensure the NA and APAC sales teams operate efficiently by managing processes, tools and data. They will support strategic decisions through performance analytics, forecasting and pipeline management. This role will support streamlining workflows and align cross-functional efforts to maximise revenue growth within NA and APAC.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate and own key strategic and operational programs in our North America and APAC Sales Organisations

  • Support the optimisation of key workflows in sales tools (SFDC, Clari) for efficiency and effectiveness

  • Assist in measuring and investigating the processes being used by the Sales teams to inform best practices and drive continuous improvement- advising on and helping to monitor methods to improve team productivity

  • Implement and refine programs to enhance communication, collaboration and alignment within the Sales team and with other functions.

  • Create and maintain effective reporting and dashboards to ensure proactive reviews of data issues

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and heavy experience of SFDC and Clari reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.

  • Hands-on, organized and solution oriented working style.

  • Project Management experience

Nice to haves:

  • MEDDPICC sales methodology experience

  • Clari experience

  • Scaling start-up experience

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $121,000 to $181,500

  • Germany: €80,500 to €120,700

  • United Kingdom: £78,400 to £117,600

  • Singapore: S$150,300 to S$225,400
