Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Operations professional to support and streamline our commercial organisation across the CESE region. You won’t just “manage the CRM” — you’ll own the systems, processes, and data that make our multi-country revenue engine predictable, clean, and efficient.
Think of this role as half analyst, half operator: you’ll shape how information flows, how forecasts get built, how deals move across countries, and how Sales + Finance stay tightly aligned. - Keep Salesforce clean, accurate, and structured as the single source of truth.
- Build dashboards & reports that help GMs and leadership understand performance.
- Own forecasting operations: gather inputs, flag risks, maintain consistency.
- Improve and standardize sales processes, introducing automation where needed.
- Reconcile Salesforce data with Finance to ensure revenue and invoicing match.
- Manage sales enablement materials (pricing, proposals, case studies).
- Track lead sources with Marketing and surface insights on channel performance.
- Run quick pipeline health checks and highlight risks to sales leadership.
- Support onboarding for new Sales hires (CRM setup, dashboards, basic training).
- Bridge Sales, Finance, Product, and GMs on deal approvals and handovers.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (dashboards & reports; Leads/Accounts/Contacts/Opportunities management; pipeline stages, validation rules, field hygiene; data cleaning, deduping, imports/exports; basic admin tasks & simple workflow automation)
- Experience in Business Ops / Sales Ops / Revenue Ops or similar.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with KPIs and forecasting.
- High attention to detail and discipline around data consistency.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing.
- Comfortable in a fast-scaling, low-structure environment.
- Excellent English and clear communication.
