At Winn.ai, we’re building the future of AI-powered workflows and we’re looking for a curious, hands-on IT professional to help us scale our internal infrastructure and security.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career who’s eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Own and manage day-to-day IT operations (onboarding/offboarding, user management, permissions)
• Support and maintain endpoints (Mac & Windows), hardware, and internal networks
• Administer and optimize SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, and more)
• Manage access control and support security best practices across the organization
• Assist in maintaining and improving security processes and tools
• Create documentation and help build scalable internal processes
• Identify opportunities for improvements and introduce basic automations

• A strong technical mindset with the ability to learn independently
• Previous experience in IT / technical support – an advantage
• Familiarity with Mac & Windows environments and basic networking
• Basic understanding of security principles – an advantage
• A proactive problem-solver with a “get things done” attitude
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• High motivation to grow and develop within a fast-paced company
