What are we looking for?
As an MSSP Partner Development Manager, you will be tasked with recruiting, supporting, and growing partners via a direct business development and sales relationship with strategic MSSPs in your region. You’ll work closely with the field sales teams, marketing, and sales engineering to design and implement successful Lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns, develop strategic business plans, and drive overall sales excellence in a highly competitive market.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience selling full stack security solutions, expanding a product footprint, implementing strategic business plans, and successfully outperforming the market.
You will collaborate with cross-functional groups across sales, channel, product management, operations, and marketing to drive the strategies and areas of opportunity for SentinelOne Managed Service Partners.
The ideal candidate will have a background in high-tech sales and previous experience in selling to Service Providers and/or Security Service Providers.
What you will do
- Recruit new strategic Managed partners and build revenue-generating security service offerings;
- Stay well educated and informed as to the SentinelOne competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors;
- Ensure timely product and MSP/MSSP model updates to partners for each relevant product area, as well as work with various internal teams to build the service offering and develop launch content with partners;
- Ability to drive program management and governance for service offering launch.
- Evangelize partner service offerings and voice-of-the-partner back into SentinelOne Sales organization;
- Prepare and provide accurate forecasts of MSP/MSSP revenue of your assigned territory to management on a weekly basis.

What skills and knowledge will you bring?
- BS technical degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Executive/Manager selling endpoint security solutions
- Deep knowledge of current security solutions
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
- Enterprise sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of MSSP decision makers
- Superb organizational and reporting skills
- Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
- "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
- Prior startup experience
- Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of a partner-centric GTM approaches
