Responsibilities
Self-deliver and self-facilitate user training
Demo and train customers, partners and administrators on the use of the nCino software as part of the implementation process
Assist in content creation/preparation of training materials
Facilitate technology training, onsite and remotely, using your understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System and interpreting that information to our customers in relation to their Bank or Credit Union’s business process
Independently strategize training delivery methodologies with revenue generation goals
Maintain a strong focus on supporting the Retention team by engaging high risk clients with training and enablement plans.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years experience or an equivalent combination or exceptional performance
Engaging public speaking/presentation skills
Detail oriented with good organization skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies
Willingness to learn and dig deeper into current practices and suggest improvement when needed
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
Ability to work on group projects as well as independent thinking and proactive initiatives
Preferred
Instructional delivery experience
Financial Services experience
Saas Industry platform experience
Travel Requirements
This position requires up to 20% travel
