CRM Manager (m/f/d)
As our CRM Manager, you'll own and optimise our HubSpot CRM ecosystem, ensuring it supports scalable growth, efficient workflows, and actionable insights across Moonfare's functions. With a strong technical foundation and deep HubSpot expertise, you’ll be instrumental in building a best-in-class CRM environment that drives alignment across all our departments.
You will:
- Manage, maintain, and propose improvements to workflows and integrations within HubSpot and adjacent systems
- Own CRM-related documentation, process flowcharts, and system design in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Conduct regular data audits and implement processes to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Uphold GDPR and data privacy compliance, partnering with internal teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools across the CRM
- Serve as a key point of contact for CRM-related troubleshooting, enhancements, and stakeholder support
- Act as a sparring partner to teams on KPIs, performance metrics, and analytics, translating complex data into clear insights
- Cross collaborate with several departments such as Sales, Fund Operations, Legal & Compliance Marketing etc
- Define and create playbooks, SOPs, and usage guidelines to support training and consistent adoption
The next Moonfarian:
- 5+ years of overall CRM experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to work with large, complex data sets
- In depth understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, automation workflows, and integration best practices
- Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups, gathering requirements, aligning priorities, and delivering clear, actionable outcomes
- Ability to document, communicate, and train others on CRM processes and best practices
