Key Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor selection, order placement, and merchandise tracking.
• Maintain inventory and manage restocking needs.
• Coordinate logistics for delivery and distribution across offices and events.
• Support the design process and ensure brand compliance.
• Prepare reports on budget spend and merchandise usage.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 1-2 years of experience in merchandise, events, procurement or marketing support
• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes, vendor management, and budget tracking.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in merchandise or design is a plus.
