Responsibilities
Project Management and Development
- Strategic Design & Scaling: Strategically design, execute, and scale geo-focused initiatives to drive systemic change in women’s participation in ride-hailing and financial inclusion, ensuring alignment with both LATAM and global strategies.
- Scalability & Growth: Design scalability models from the outset to ensure the sustainable and continuous growth of impact initiatives.
- Strategy Conversion: Assess systemic factors affecting women’s engagement, convert these insights into clear strategic roadmaps, and define project goals, main stages, and deliverables.
- Planning & Governance: Responsible for comprehensive project planning, including resource allocation, cost, schedules, and risk management.
- Execution & Documentation: Oversee project implementation according to the approved work plan and manage the creation and maintenance of all internal/external project and reporting documentation.

Quality & Deadline Management: Ensure all projects are completed within agreed deadlines, allocated budgets, and with the required level of quality.
Stakeholder Management and Business Integration
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate alignment and actively negotiate win–win outcomes across diverse business units, including Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Tech teams.
- Internal Coalition Building: Build strong internal coalitions by clearly articulating how social impact projects drive business value, strengthen the employer brand, and enhance public image.
- Roadmap Translation: Translate high-level social impact objectives into actionable roadmaps for technical and business execution teams.
- Partnerships: Forge and develop productive relationships with both current and potential external partners to maximize project reach and effectiveness.

Reporting: Formulate, coordinate, and present interim results, final reports, and presentations for all internal and external stakeholders.
Resource, Risk, and Quality Management
- Resource Management: Manage the allocation of the project budget and cross-functional teams based on strategic priorities and project schedules.
- Performance Monitoring: Perform continuous quality and performance monitoring of the project.
- Research & Analysis: Collaborate with the Research team to manage workflow, analyze effectiveness, and oversee the progress, quality, and timing of delivered work and services.

Issue & Risk Management: Facilitate the evaluation and management of internal and external project risks. Responsible for addressing assumptions/limitations, handling changes, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Compliance and Best Practices
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all social projects strictly comply with sustainable impact goals.
- Best Practices: Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in social impact, sustainability, partnerships, and community engagement to continuously evolve our programs.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience, preferably within the digital sector.
- Proven experience and passion for social impact or community-related work.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to supervise and coordinate cross-functional team members.
- Strong understanding of main analytics and product development principles, as well as basic digital marketing principles.
- Good working knowledge of common project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Miro, and Google Workspace.
- Spanish (Native) and English (Full Professional Proficiency) required.
