Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social impact strategy through sports projects.
• Create and propose changes in the concept of projects and create new projects (except Supernovas and Your Pace)
• Manage all projects of the unit (including managing all project resources and leading all people)
• Managing budgeting and planning of all projects of the Sports Department
• Present all projects within the company, in the sports community and to the general public
• Assess the effectiveness of changes and report to management on the achievement of strategic goals

Qualifications

• Batchelor’s degree, additional education related to the sport industy management
• More than 7-10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a management position with a similar amount of responsibility.
• Experience in implementing sports or social projects with an impact on more than 1000 people.
