Responsibilities

  • Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns across media, performance, and CRM channels
  • Build automated reports and dashboards to track channel efficiency, user acquisition, retention, and ROI
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to assess impact of messaging, creatives, targeting, and product changes
  • Contribute to marketing budget planning by forecasting outcomes of proposed initiatives
  • Partner with data engineering and marketing teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data quality
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer journeys and increase conversion
  • Continuously research and introduce new tools and frameworks to enhance marketing analytics capabilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics roles
  • Proven track record working with multi-channel marketing data (media, performance, CRM)
  • Strong SQL and Python skills; proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing attribution and campaign tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Bloomreach)
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and incrementality measurement
  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-friendly way
