Lead and develop a team of 10 BI engineers, including 2 Associate Team Leaders, fostering professional growth and innovation.
Plan and allocate team resources on a quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with company wide goals.
Drive longterm BI projects (spanning multiple quarters), ensuring synchronization with key stakeholders.
Optimise and refine BI team processes to reduce TTM of BI products Ensure high quality data models and dashboards to support business needs.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with structured and critical thinking.
3+ years of leadership experience managing BI engineers or analysts (5+ team members) 2+ years of experience designing and optimizing data models at the repository level (preferably BigQuery, dbt).
2+ years of experience developing BI dashboards (preferably Tableau, Redash).
1+ years of experience designing and managing highly complex DAGs (preferably Airflow).
