Corporate formation and support for global legal entities in various international jurisdictions.
Assist with corporate business transactions as needed, including financing and M&A.
Manage entity compliance calendar and corporate filings.
Review and edit corporate organizational documents, consents, and resolutions.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and various departments regarding expectations, timing, and processes of corporate matters.
Understand, research, and apply applicable local corporate and commercial laws, rules, and precedents.
Assist in selecting and managing external consultants and outside counsel.
Assist in the development of risk management strategies and the prevention of legal issues.
Assist with legal corporate research across different jurisdictions.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in a law firm or corporate field (experience in a law firm would be an advantage).
Excellent project management skills, analytical mindset, and exceptional research abilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of the features of the tech industry and a high level of responsibility.
