Customer (How does the role ensure internal/external customer satisfaction?)
Ensures relevant teams receive the communication briefs via a gameplanning meeting to kick start GTM development (ie. Creative and Media agencies (Digital and ATL), Social and PR, Internal Content Creatives, Direct Channels, and operations teams, etc.).
Close coordination with design team in the development and execution of IMC plans
Consolidates all directions, feedback, and approvals from the cross-functional team to ensure that all stakeholders have been consulted in the course of strategic and creative development
Financial (How does the role contribute to the company’s bottomline?)
Help achieve target EMAU of specific use case / product
Optimize cost and maximize ROI for campaigns, special projects, and programs
Oversee budgets to ensure proper spending is in place
