What You'll Do
Perform administrator functions in the system, such as user management, license management, creation/updates of user profiles, roles, permissions, and rules.
Prepare for upgrades and new releases.
Help manage integrations to related systems.
Work with stakeholders to ensure all data is accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
Interact with end users and stakeholders to provide high quality support.
Expand system use and adoption throughout the organization, by answering “how to” questions and enabling new features and functionality.
Create and administer end-user training.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Update and maintain transactional data i.e. proposals, engagements, and. assignments.
Understand new business requirements and map the requirements back to configuration and enhancements of the PSA application.
Support weekly and monthly period closure activities.
Provide weekly status updates on metrics, relative to system use, issues, and enhancements.
Support end-user communications regarding weekly tasks reminders, system. changes and updates
Assist with Data migration and data management within PSA
Develop and maintain internal knowledge base documentation
What We're Looking For
5 to 6 years of experience administering a Kantata PSA tool.
Experience with creating and updating user records, profiles, page layouts, objects. report types, reports, workflows, and custom fields.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to understand the big picture of how the PSA workstream fits with CRM and ERP processes.
