ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator (Short Term Contract) due to temporary increase of business activity to support the operational management of our supply chain within the sports industry. Reporting to the Logistics & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable stock flows, high service levels for our stores, and smooth coordination with our logistics provider.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Operational Flow Management

• Ensure the accuracy of data flows between the ERP and the WMS; escalate issues to internal teams and the logistics provider when necessary.
• Manage product data integration into the WMS and resolve any related incidents.
• Perform daily checks on store deliveries, handle unacknowledged ASNs, and monitor outbound retail flows (deliveries, discrepancies, undelivered volumes).
• Monitor stock alignment between ERP and WMS, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.

Stock Management & Inventory Control

• Monitor weekly store inventory counts and analyzes discrepancies.
• Plan and organize both retail and warehouse inventory cycles.
• Calculate and track shrinkage rates.
• Organize and follow up on supplier returns.

Logistics Coordination

• Act as the daily point of contact for the logistics provider.
• Prioritize supplier deliveries and adjust planning according to operational constraints.
• Organize logistics for special events (matches, commercial operations, sports events).
• Build and maintain the logistics calendar based on upcoming events.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Track daily logistics and retail KPIs.
• Perform monthly checks of the logistics provider’s invoicing.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• First experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail
• Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, WMS, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reactivity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
• Interest in the sports and/or retail environment.
