DoControl is a SaaS Security Posture Management solution offering visibility, threat detection, and remediation for sensitive data exposure and insider threats. DoControl secures SaaS data, identities, connected third-party apps & configurations to ensure comprehensive protection across major SaaS ecosystems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Box.

We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Data Analyst with a couple of solid years in the field who’s eager to grow fast. You’ll be the bridge between raw data and business decisions, writing complex queries, surfacing insights, and helping every team act on data confidently.

• Own the data pipeline – write, optimize, and document queries (mostly SQL) across multiple databases.
• Deliver business-ready insights – translate numbers into narratives and recommendations for product, marketing, sales, and execs.
• Design dashboards & self-service tools - build clear, intuitive reports in BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Deep-dive analysis - run cohort, funnel, and A/B test analyses to uncover growth opportunities and efficiency gaps.
• Partner with Engineering & Product - define tracking specs, improve data quality, and influence roadmaps with data-backed

Must-Have Qualifications

• at least 3 years as a data / business / product analyst in a tech company or fast-moving startup.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into data models and actionable conclusions.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, etc.).
• Solid grounding in statistics (significance testing, regression, confidence intervals).
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language for analysis/automation (Python).
• Experience building dashboards or reports in a modern BI tool.
• Excellent communication skills-able to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus)

• Hands-on work with ClickHouse or other columnar/OLAP databases.
• Exposure to modern data-stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of data warehousing design patterns and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative analytics workflows.
